See, mothers are ALWAYS right, especially when we say “you look sleepy, go take a nap”.

When my toddler finally gives in to sleep, it makes my heart melt, no matter how much of a monster child he’s been. The sight of those closed eyes and that little sleeping cherub face turns me into a smug-look-how-clever-i-am-at-producing-such-a-beautiful-well-behaved-child-proud-to-be-a-mother type person. Sigh.

Oh the joy of a morning nap… Ashley is still a napper even if she does go down screaming… I don’t want a nap… until it gets quieter and quieter and she’s out.
I will always pick her up and put her in her bed though because I read somewhere that they sleep better and deeper in bed… this is purely selfish on my behalf cos I want my freakin’ time back!!!!

ay! they are so cute. sara used to sleep standing up… and daniel with his eyes open.- i would keep checking to see if he was still breathing… freaked me out…
