When Iggle Piggle goes bad…

Upsy Daisy here I come…I’m the only Upsy One…tra la la…give us a drag on your fag, loverboy…

Would you look at this? Igglepiggle is all growed up and has loving on his mind…and look at that Upsy Daisy, the filthy little minx with all her ‘daisy doo’ here and there and everywhere and lifting up of skirts at the drop of a pinky ponk. Well, you got yourself well and truly daisy doo-ed this time didn’t you…

Don’t worry IgglePiggle…Makka Pakka will be along in a minute to clean up.

NB Post entirely lost of those without preschool children. Also, note that my penchant for fancy dress and props is not limited to myself…

Yes always thought that she was a strumpet dragging her bed around the garden & kissing iggle piggle
    & flashing her undies!

Heehee - I was just searching for a picture of Upsy Daisy in bed to go on Emy's sleeping chart and this came up in Google. Such a fab shot (although probably not appropriate for what I had in mind)!
  • Can't stop laughing over here... Always thought Upsy Daisy was a bit of a tart lifting her skirt and dancing all the time. (Plus she looooves her bed)
  • Fricken dying laughing over here! I have no idea what you wrote. Can't read through tears.
This is just part of why I love you!
  • i'm quite impressed (and maybe a little scared) with the fact that the cigarette is lit...
  • I am getting worried. Still haven't received fabulous package of wonder from Spud. I think mail man has stolen it?
  • well now of course i'm going to have to spend 15 or 20 minutes looking up IgglePiggle and Upsy Daisy cause i am totally out of the loop and just can't stand to be so. it's hilarious tho! too too cute!
  • oh wow... too funny, Upsy Daisy has quite a "satisfied look on her face I'd say... that Igglepiggle must have a way with the ladies huh...
ok so the real deal is... were you stuck with way too much time on your hands today :)))
  • Bryony...I agree, he looks VERY cross don't you think?

Ali, you mentalist. Of COURSE he doesn't have a tash, and that's one of those joke shop fags not a real one. giggle.

For some reason I thought In the Night Garden would have made its way to the US. Did you not get the Teletubbies? This is by the same people...it's a bit like The Magic Roundabout, ie spacey and trippy but brilliant.

    Kristina, I know...a bit 'saucey'!
  • Ali
Gahhh (inspired by you).... I didn't realise he doesn't have a tash!! hahahaha
  • P.S That moustache actually makes him look like he has a rather ferocious frown!
  • Waaah, you even used Iggle's red blanket to tuck them in with. So NOW I know why he carries it round with him everywhere.
  • ohhh, getting very close to that 'adult content' warning with this one, don't you...

    fabulous! :)
  • Ummm, yeah, I totally agree with Ali because I don't have a stinking CLUE as to what you are referring. OMG. You are a little off the wall, huh? I'm so sad I don't get to meet you at BC cuz I think I'd really really like you. Or possibly have to take an axe to your head, but we'l go with really really like.
  • I always was suspicious of that floozy Upsy Daisy - far too free with her hugs and kisses I always thought. No regards for the first-date rule whatsoever. Filthy little minx indeed.

As for Iggle Piggle, frankly I expected more from him. Although, I probably should have been suspicious of his sleeping arrangements...
  • Ali
p.s. totally impressed that you lit the fag!
(another giggle word between US and the UK)
  • Ali
OK...WTF... You have finally lost it! You are completely insane girl and responsible for chicken soup all over my monitor...and chin...and surrounding areas. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAA.
  • I've always thought that Upsy Daisy's wide eyed innocence thing was too good to be true ...
  • Polly
yeah, I have no idea what you're on about.

But I love that photo. Great idea. I hope they survived the fire.
  • Oh my! What an artful composition! Yep, preschoolers are great inspiration for having fun! "In the Jungle, the mighty Jungle, the lion sleeps tonight...." was a favorite performance piece for girly's stuffed menagerie. But I don't think any of them took up such a nasty habit. No smoking in the house. Could it be...? I kept finding them in the back yard, chucked off the deck. Mystery solved.
  • It's funny, I was looking at your Flickr photo stream yesterday and noticed this picture, but didn't get the caption at all (even though I have a pre-schooler). That didn't prevent me from liking the picture, or your storytelling :)
