Whenever someone asks me about what to give as a gift to my children, I always say a ream of paper. I know it may seem strange, but I have seen board-like-games, miniature forts, puppets, collages, and so much more created while store bought toys lay to the side. And the best part? When they are “done” with it (that is bored with it), it is recycled.

Now I am off to see if I have what I need to make banana bread. It would be perfect for Sunday brunch…

bloggy love rocks. i know this because i’ve been using my new, pretty, extra long (and totally necessary despite the fact that we do have pins in this land–none like this tho’, in-danger-of-no-longer-being-a-keeper-husband guy) pins, which were perfect for my now almost-done quilt. and the dress i made for myself. because i’m crafty like that.
